Tucson, Arizona. TODAY May 17, 2010, on the anniversary of Brown vs Board of Education, landmark civil rights case, students from around the nation will join local youth in protest of Senator McCain's lack of support for the DREAM Act (Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors), a bill allowing undocumented youth access to higher education and legal status. This action will be done in solidarity of the widespread civil disobedience actions that took place in previous weeks. The action will be done in support of Tucson students who staged a sit-in at the school board in protest of a bill cutting ethnic studies. ###
